Questions
Is it free? Yes, during the beta.
Which portfolio does it work with? Kaizen, starting with emergency medicine. More portfolios are planned.
Does it submit anything to my supervisor? No. It saves a draft in Kaizen. You send it yourself.
How does it sign in to Kaizen? You sign in on Kaizen's own page, not in the chat. We keep only the signed-in session, encrypted, until Kaizen ends it (about a day). If you choose to share your login in the chat instead, the password is stored encrypted.
What can I send it?
Text, a voice note, a photo or a document.
Should I include patient details?
No. Leave out names, dates of birth and hospital numbers. We strip common identifiers before the AI sees your text, but other names can slip through.
How do I delete my data?
Send /reset in the bot. That withdraws your consent and erases what we hold.
Is WhatsApp available?
Not yet. It is coming soon.
Who runs it?
EM Gurus.
